REFUND POLICY

Regalis provides non-tangible, digital goods and virtual currency (Coins/Credits) through its online shop. By making a purchase on our platform, you acknowledge and accept the following terms:

1. Nature of Goods

All products offered in the Regalis Shop, including but not limited to virtual currency and digital items, are non-tangible and irrevocable digital goods. Once these goods are credited to your account, they are considered consumed and used.

2. No Refund Policy

As we provide instant access to digital content, we do not provide refunds once a purchase has been successfully completed and the digital goods have been delivered to the user's account. This policy is in accordance with applicable laws regarding the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium.

By completing a transaction, you expressly consent to the immediate start of the service and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal (refund) once the digital content is delivered.

3. Technical Issues & Delivery

If a technical issue occurs and your purchased digital goods are not delivered properly, you must contact us as soon as possible via our Official Discord Support Channel.

We will investigate the transaction and, where the error is verified, we will manually credit the missing digital goods to your account.
Any claims for non-delivery must be submitted within 3 days of the transaction date.

4. Chargebacks & Disputes

Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or a payment dispute through your bank or payment provider without first contacting our support team will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your Regalis account and all associated services. We reserve the right to report fraudulent disputes to the relevant payment authorities.

5. Final Confirmation

We strongly recommend that you carefully read the product descriptions and ensure that you fully understand the nature of the digital goods before completing your purchase. All sales are final.
