Regalis provides exclusively digital products and virtual currency (Coins) through its online shop. As these are non-tangible digital goods, no physical shipping is involved.
Please review our delivery policy:
1. Instant Digital Delivery
Virtual currency and digital items are delivered instantly upon successful payment confirmation. Once the transaction is verified by our payment processors, the virtual goods are automatically credited to your Regalis account.
2. Confirmation
After completing your purchase, you may receive a confirmation email at the address associated with your account. However, the primary proof of delivery is the automatic update of your virtual balance within the game.
3. User Responsibility
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the account information provided during the purchase is accurate. NOSTALGIC SYSTEMS S.R.L. is not responsible for failed deliveries or losses resulting from incorrect account details provided by the user.
4. Non-Tangible Nature
By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital service/access and that no physical package, tracking number, or shipping document will be issued.
If you experience any delay in receiving your virtual goods (more than 15 minutes after payment), please contact us immediately via our Official Discord Support Channel.
