How do I start?

You create an account on the website, download and unpack the client, start the patcher and let it run to 100%, then press Start.

Why can't I write in the chat?

The normal chat and private messages unlock at level 15. Until then, you can unlock them only with a paid purchase in the Item Shop.

Is it pay-to-win?

No. The in-game mini shop holds part of the items and works with Regalis Coins, which drop from monsters and bosses. The Item Shop uses Dragon Coins separately.

Where do I farm Regalis Coins?

On the maps listed on the Regalis Coin page, if your character's level is within the area's range. The old difference of ±14 levels from the monster no longer applies to this drop.

Why do the monsters I kill instantly no longer drop anything?

The regular table and the global items still take the level difference into account. The Regalis Coin on the maps checks only the map and your level range, and the bosses have their own windows.

What is the alternative drop?

It runs in parallel with the monster's table and has three forms: global, local and progress. Global items have their own windows and distances, the Regalis Coin checks the map and the character's range, and the bosses' coins use the target's windows.

How often do Metins respawn?

Every 12 minutes on most maps, compared with 25 on a classic server, and the number of spawn points per map is roughly double. In practice you never wait for a stone.

When do bosses respawn?

The bosses on the maps come back at the intervals shown on their cards: from 20 minutes for Scrofa, Bera and Tigris to eight hours for the Mighty Ice Witch. In instances, bosses appear when you reach their stage.

Is Ranked Arena 3v3 an event?

No. Ranked Arena 3v3 is always available, from any channel. Press Start using the button beside the minimap to enter the solo queue. The system finds five more compatible players to form two teams of three.

What is the maximum level?

Level 99, with a maximum of 90 points in a single status.

Which systems are missing compared with other servers?

Belts, the modern Dragon Stone Alchemy, shoulder sashes and pets. They are not “in progress” — they were left out on purpose. The guild Alchemists remain and produce gems for equipment. You have a starter mount you can attack from and the classic horse, developed separately with Pro Horse Medals.

The client does not start. What do I do?

Close all client windows and run the patcher again. If the patcher file was quarantined, download it again only from the official website and follow the solution published by the team. Also try another graphics engine from the config; if it still does not start, open a ticket and attach the message from the syserr file.

Can I play on a weaker computer?

Yes. The client has three selectable graphics engines — DirectX 9, 9Ex and 11 — plus options to hide shadows and shop names, view-distance levels and selection of the dedicated graphics card on laptops.

How do I find out which events are running?

Press F6 in game or the calendar button on the minimap. Events appear there 12 hours before they start, and those that last several days show you the days left. Big announcements are also made on Discord.

What happens if I use external programs?

The account is blocked permanently. Unexpected behaviour must be reported through a ticket; using it to your own advantage is considered sabotage.

Can I get lost items back?

No compensation is given for items lost through carelessness, account sharing or wrong prices set in a shop. For anything else, open a ticket and we will look into it.

How do I change my kingdom?

In game, with the Tincture of Kingdoms item. You must not be a member of a guild, engaged, married or polymorphed; the change costs 500,000 Yang, can be made once every 24 hours and is blocked while the Kingdom War lasts. After the change, log out and log back in.

Where do I get the pickaxe?

From the NPC Deokbae. That is where mining begins.

Does the Potion of Wisdom exist?

No. The item does not exist on this server.

Are hairstyles different for male and female characters?

No. All hairstyles are unisex, and the in-game information shows the appearance for both sexes.

Can I delete a character with a lot of play time?

Yes. A character with more than 600 minutes played is deleted with a code that you request from your account on the website and receive by email. Characters of level 50 or higher cannot be deleted.

Can I change my skills with an item at a high level?

No. The specialisation you chose is levelled as it is up to high level; this is part of the server's difficulty.

How do I keep my account safe?

Use a unique password, different from the ones you use on other servers, and set your PIN code. The team does not ask for your account details in private messages, and the only accepted payment methods are those on the website.

What is the PIN code?

A 4-digit code, specific to each account. You choose it once, and after that it is requested the first time you log into the account from a new computer. Treat it like a second password and do not give it to anyone, not even to a member of the team. You can change it at any time from your account on the website.

How do I report a violation?

Open a ticket and attach the evidence. False reports are penalised. RMT, cross-server trades and the conversations proposing them are forbidden; refuse and report such messages.
