Character
Ranked Arena 3v3 and Dojang
Ranked Arena 3v3 is always open. Queue on your own from any channel, and the system finds two teammates and three opponents. After the match, you return to where you entered.
Ranked Arena 3v3
Open Ranked Arena using the crossed swords button beside the minimap, then press Start to join the queue.
Teammates and opponents are selected by character level and skill rating. The two teams meet in a private instance.
BO3 · three against three
The first team to win two rounds wins the match. A round is won when all three opponents are eliminated. If you die, you stay down until the next round.
Teammates at your level
You can queue from level 15. The system looks for players with similar levels and ratings; the rating range gradually expands while you wait.
Yellow allies, purple opponents
Teammates have yellow names and opponents have purple names. You cannot hit teammates, regardless of kingdom, alignment, PvP mode or duels started before the match.
Support your team
You can apply buffs and healing to teammates. Protection from friendly attacks does not block support skills.
Your leaderboard position
You start with 500 points and enter the leaderboard after your first completed match. Your position and points appear in the interface. Matchmaking uses a separate rating from your visible points.
Match history
See both team rosters, the score, the result and your points change. Each match records all six participants.
One player, one place in the match
Accounts sharing an IP address or computer cannot be placed in the same match, either as allies or as opponents.
Getting ready to fight
Active buffs and transformation are suspended on entering the arena and restored when you leave, with their remaining duration. You enter combat without a mount.
Match timers
You have 20 seconds to confirm a found match. The first round starts after 40 seconds of preparation and the following ones after 15. If a player is missing or disconnects, the match waits for them up to 60 seconds, and the “Rejoin the match” button brings them back.
Rules during a match
During a round you can change your equipment, except the weapon. Your group is suspended for the whole match and comes back at the end. Using the Teleportation Ring during the match counts as a forfeit: you leave the arena. Only one character per connection can be in the queue.
Rewards
- First win of the day — 10 Utility Bundles (B) for each winning team member earning their first victory of the day.
- Weekly top 10 — Play at least 10 matches that week to qualify. Rewards in Enchant Item (B): 200 for 1st place, 140 for 2nd, 80 for 3rd and 40 each for places 4–10.
The 10 matches are required for weekly rewards; your leaderboard position appears after just one match.
PvP in the world
Protection below level 15
Hits between two players have no effect if either of them is below level 15. For a duel, both of you must be at least level 15.
Leaving a fight
Logging out, quitting the game, changing character and changing channel take 10 seconds if a player hit you in the last 5 seconds; otherwise, 3 seconds. Poison, burning and normal bow hits do not count; the skills of an archer Ninja do.
PvP mode
The PvP mode you choose stays saved on your character until you change it yourself, even if you change channel, teleport or restart the client.
Dojang — a tournament with betting
A knockout tournament for 2 to 64 participants, in level categories: 15–39, 40–59, 60–79 and 80–99. You enter by talking to the Battle Bailiff in your town and register at the Master, in the centre of the map. One account per computer.
Regular matches are played best of 3 and the final best of 5. In each match, the first round starts after 40 seconds of preparation and the following ones after 15. The fighters receive their rewards by placement, directly in the inventory; if you have no room, they wait until you free up space.
Betting
The rest of the server can bet on the announced matches, before they begin.
- Stakes from 1 million to 100 million Yang.
- You cannot bet on yourself if you are in the tournament, and you cannot bet on both sides from the same computer.
- A cancelled tournament cancels all bets and returns the stakes.
The champion's costume
Whoever wins a category receives their class's champion costume on the spot, already equipped. It gives no bonus — it is simply proof that you are the best fighter in your level category.
- Each of the four categories has a single champion, and therefore a single costume.
- You keep it until someone else wins the same category; then it disappears.
- If you win the same category again, the costume stays yours, unchanged.
- You can take it off into your inventory; if your inventory is full, you receive it as soon as you make room.
Rewards
You receive Enchant Item (B) according to where you finish the tournament. In the 15–39 category: 10 before the quarter-finals, 20 in the quarter-finals, 50 in the semi-finals, 100 for the finalist and 200 for the champion. Every higher category gives more; the champion of the 80–99 category receives 600.
- The participation prize is 10 Utility Bundles (B). Presence on the map is checked at the end of the tournament. You can receive it once a day for each category, with a limit per account, computer and network.
- The Chinese Fire Cracker and the Grilled Perch do not work in the Dojang.
